RESERVATION CONDITIONS:
To make the reservation effective, payment must be made by credit/debit card or transfer at least 50% of the total reservation. Proof of the transfer or deposit must be sent by email. International transfer fees are the guest's responsibility.

The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in at the hostel; otherwise, the reservation will be considered cancelled.

Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the rooms and if you do so you must pay 300 USD or 5 UTM in CLP for general room maintenance.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Non-refundable rate:

✓ The passenger can change his reservation up to 20 days before his check in, free of charge only if:

1. The reservation is rescheduled keeping the same type of room and the same number of passengers, to be used maximum in the next 365 days after the date when the reservation was made.

2. You can transfer the reservation to a third party keeping the type of room and number of passengers, but having as a deadline 365 days after the date the reservation was made.

✓ If you wish to increase the number of days of lodging and/or change the type of room, an adjustment will be made according to the requested change to the new rate in effect at that time and the amount previously paid will be considered as part of payment.

✓ If you do not make the change before 20 days and do not arrive at the hostel for check in, it will be considered No Show.

Refundable Rate:

✓ The passenger can cancel the reservation up to 20 days before Check in at no cost.

✓ If the passenger wants to cancel the reservation between 19 days before check in, the corresponding charge for the value of one night will be made.

The costs associated with bank transfers will be borne by the passenger and date changes will be subject to availability for the requested date.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES ONLY AGENCIES AND TOUR OPERATORS

The payment of the reservation must be made a maximum of 20 days in advance of the passenger's arrival.

For cancellation, it is accepted 6 days before the passenger's arrival, no refund is made, but the capital can be used to rearrange this trip or another by the agency.

Travel agencies or tour operators who wish to work with us directly must write us an email in the contact section to receive information on rates, date queries, among others.
